一、个人简历
蒋平平,男,获北京化工学院工学硕士学位和华东理工大学工学博士学位;曾任无锡溶剂总厂车间主任、技术厂长、江南大学科技处副处长,美国南佛罗里达大学高级研究学者,(University of South Florida China Scholarship Council国家留学基金委派出)、杭州市人民政府“钱江”特聘专家。现任江南大学化学与材料工程学院责任教授,博士生导师,环保助剂与先催化研究团队学术带头人。国家科技部、中国轻工联合会及江苏省科技成果评审专家、《化工进展》编委、《塑料助剂》副主编、《增塑剂》主编、中国工程塑料加工委员会助剂委员会专家委员、国家标准委员会橡塑分委会专家委员、中国增塑剂行业协会专家委员会主任。
多年从事精细有机合成与工业催化基础与应用研究工作,积极面向国家经济建设主战场和科技发展战略需求,注重基础研究与产业化相结合,在功能材料助剂的催化合成与应用领域享有盛誉。在国内外重要刊物发表研究论文120多篇,申请国家发明专利80多项、获授权专利52项,出版专著《环保增塑剂》、《增塑剂及其应用》等多部;多项研究成果已经在相关企业产业化应用,取得了显著的经济效益;主持研究项目“生物质替代石油原料制备环保增塑剂关键技术及产业化应用”获2014年度江苏省科学技术奖二等奖(排名第一)、“高品质环保增塑剂制备关键技术及其应用”获2008年中国轻工业联合会科学技术进步一等奖(排名第一);“环保增塑剂清洁化生产关键技术及其产业化应用”;“生物质替代石油原料制备环保增塑剂关键技术及产业化应用”获2011年中国石油和化学工业联合会技术发明二等奖(排名第一)。近年主持的主要国家及省部级研究项目包括:国家自然科学基金“构建无羧酸环境植物大豆油液相环氧催化机理研究”(编号:20771046);科技部"十二五"科技支撑计划“环保型塑料助剂制备技术研(2012BAD32B03-4);江苏省产学研前瞻性联合研究项目“功能新材料环保复合高效热稳定剂产业化关键技术”(BY2010118);江苏省高技术产业发展项目“防辐射含金属有机玻璃”(JHB06-17);产学研前瞻性联合研究项目“高效固体酸催化剂制备及产业化技术”;中央高校基本科研计划(重点)等项目。主持完成了“年产5万吨环氧化大豆油及脂肪酸甲酯环氧化催化工业化技术”、“年产8万吨多品种特种增塑剂(TOTM、DOTP)制备与生产技术”、“PVC液体热稳定剂绿色合成及产业化技术”、“酯化催化制备及应用技术”等多项企业委托产业化课题。
