金青哲,江南大学食品学院教授,博士生导师。兼任全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分技术委员会委员、中国粮油学会油脂分会常务理事兼专家组副组长、国家食用植物油检测重点实验室高级技术顾问、深圳市食品药品安全风险交流专家委员会委员等学术职务。
