张涛,江南大学食品学院教授、博士及硕士生导师。主要从事食品加工及功能性食品配料加工方面的研究。目前发表SCI文章100余篇;主持和参与国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发、省部级创新工程及校企合作等项目;授权发明专利30余项,其中美国授权专利3项;获山东省科技进步一等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖、中国商业联合会一等奖、中国石油与化学工业联合会科学技术进步二等奖等科研奖励。近年来参与食品化学、食品添加剂、食品化学实验等多项教学工作,参与食品类著作的编写工作。
