王加生博士是国际知名的食品毒理和肿瘤防治领域的中青年科学家,多年来一直致力于食物活性成分对肿瘤与其它慢性疾病的干预作用研究和食物与环境生物毒素的联合毒性作用机理研究。主要学术成果包括:研发了以黄曲霉毒素和黄曲霉毒素-赖氨酸加合物单克隆抗体制备免疫亲和层析柱的方法,使之成为近二十年来国际上最权威的检测黄曲霉毒素及其生物标志物的重要手段之一;在国际上率先建立了以分子生物标志物为监测指标的全球人群黄曲霉毒素暴露的网络系统;开展了新型结合剂NovaSil在人群黄曲霉毒素中毒的预防及其在降低传染病中作用的研究;在国际上率先建立并验证了人体体液中茶多酚成分作为生物标志物指标并应用于肿瘤的病因学及预防研究;率先建立了番茄红素对肿瘤预防的特殊阶段作用的细胞模型;系统地研究了黄曲霉毒素,T-2毒素,伏马菌素及蓝藻毒素的联合毒性作用及其机理。
