3、The Theory and Practice of China Economic Reform
The Theory and Practice of China Economic Reformsummarizes some achievements, which include the economic practice of China's economic reform and opening up more than 30 years , planned economics,binary plan, market economics, socialist market economics with Chinese characteristics, balanced development of regional theory, disequilibrium theory, factor endowment and comparative advantage theory.This course analyses the driving force of policy and mechanism in the different development times and include case analysis of economic development, ecological environment protection,the spirit interpretation of previous party congress (The 18th and 19th Chinese People 's Congress),three industries development, new urbanization and so on.

Management,which is a basic course and introduce the management disciplines, instruct the basic principles and methods of management systematically and emphasize the theory with practice. This course focuses mainly on the management overview, development history, management environment, and management functions, which include the plan, organization, leadership and control. We concentrate on case analysis and decompose some key and difficult problems that exist in the social management practice. Students are trained to grasp the basic concepts, theories and methods, which are beneficial to study other professional courses , achieving to the best match of theory and practice, focusing on practical application and forming some certain practical skills so as to make management practice better.

1、Management Economics
Management Economicsfocuses on how an enterprise or other institutions can effectively allocate resources in the management activity. Managers are trained to apply the concepts and tools of economics.Considering the basic concepts of management economics, this course analyses the framework of a perfectly competitive market, including demand, elasticity, supply, market equilibrium and market efficiency;the second part includes the cost, monopoly, pricing strategy and oligopoly market; the third part focuses on the game theory and information asymmetry theory.
2、Enterprise Strategic Management
Enterprise Strategic Managementis based on the teaching concept of "Student Orientation, Problem Orientation and Thinking Learning". Based on the globalization perspective, the course focuses on the strategic development of Chinese enterprises and emphasizes the interpretation of strategic thinking and methodological approaches. In the teaching process, we try our best to apply latest and typical strategic cases all over the world to reflect the combination of internationalization and localization. MBA students are trained to understand the two basic issues in business management: First, what is the source of competitive advantages? Second, how to obtain sustainable business competitive advantages? So we enable MBA students to master the strategic formulation and implement basic theories and methods; provide strategic thinking, emphasize the internalization of the vision mission and the conciseness of social responsibility; cultivate and enhance strategic thinking and insight so that it can examine from top management's perspective and grasp the opportunities and challenges.
3、Organizational Behavior
Organizational Behaviorfocuses on the behavior of individuals and groups, how to achieve organizational goals by affecting the behavior of individuals and groups. This course studies the individual's job satisfaction and performance through the influence of individual's attitude, personality, motivation, values and other factors. At the same time, the course also analyses group behavior, leadership and team building. Organizational behavior is an cross-subject involving management science, human resource management and psychology. The purpose is to study the behavior rules of individuals and groups, and use these rules to achieve organizational goals.
4、Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management, which is a specialized core course for MBA students, aims to study the specific methods of human resource absorption, selection, training and motivation in the organization. Students are trained to establish the management idea that "human beings are the most important resource of organization", grasp the theoretical knowledge of human resource management systematically, apply the skill and method of human resource management more skillfully, and finally competent work related to human resources management.

9、Financial Management
Financial managementconcentrates on studying how to allocate scarce funds effectively between enterprises and markets under some uncertain conditions. The financial management is focused on stock company, the primary form of the modern enterprise system, studying the decision-making and management activities about the capital flow in the business process, such as prediction, organization, coordination, analysis and control. From the perspective of management, the responsibility of company's financial management focuses mainly on the management of fund raising (source) and fund placement (utilization) and how to distribute the benefits. The specific content includes function and organization of financial management, present value and value evaluation, investment decision making, income and risk, portfolio theory, capital asset pricing model (CAPM), capital structure, financing decisions and tools, management of working capital and so on.
10、Legal Environment of Business
MBA students’ main career goal is all types of enterprises in the future. The most important activities of enterprises, as an important subject of market economics, are its own establishment, management, change and dissolution. However, enterprises are not isolated. They live together with other members of the society and form various social relations, the legal relations among which are explained by this course. So we put enterprises in a central position and analyze, from their perspective, its three-dimensional, all-round legal system and environment they face. Based on the case discussion, the course illustrates students about the legal environment faced by enterprises, teach them to focus on practical application and provide concepts, ways of thinking and solutions of legislation for students’ future.

Business Ethics and Social Responsibilityfocuses mainly on three parts: the first part mainly discusses why companies have ethical responsibility and how to judge whether the behavior is ethical; the second part aims to reveal and analyze the typical ethical issues in business operations, including the management system’s establishment of enterprises’ social responsibility and the ethical issues in the process of marketing sales, in human resources management, in accounting, in environmental protection and in international operations; the third part focuses on the necessity and ways of ethics construction in enterprises, including the combination of enterprise ethics and interests and management of enterprise ethics.
