【研究领域】
(1)土壤污染修复:利用超积累植物,从液泡区室化、螯合解毒、抗氧化解毒等方面深入研究植物对重金属的耐受解毒机理;筛选对重金属具有高耐受性和溶解性的微生物菌株,分析其对重金属的耐受和促植物生长机理;研发高效稳定化剂等材料,用于土壤重金属污染的稳定化修复。 (2)环境毒理与人体健康:主要包括环境化学污染物诱发氧化应激等对机体的损伤、致病等,在基于蛋白质和基因分子水平上研究暴露标志物和健康效应生物标志物指标体系、评价技术和方法、关键修复技术、危害阻断技术及预防对策;在细胞和机体水平上,进行污染物对机体损伤评价的预警、早期诊断和治疗的研究。 【主要论著】
