Main research topics in the past 5 years
Research and application on bio-manufacturing and efficacy mechanism of nutritional chemicals such as functional sugars/peptides. Participated in more than 10 national/provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and enterprise technology development projects, published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals, authorized more than 20 national invention patents, was invited to participate in the compilation of 2 monographs in Chinese and English, and won 5 science and technology awards.
