SUMMARY:

We are interesting in the "green" synthesis and preparation of natural polysaccharides/oligosaccharides, and studying their structure-activity relationship. Combining the knowledge of natural polymer physics, material chemistry and glycobiology, we focus on studying the interaction of biological macromolecules, self-assembly mechanism and the structure-activity mechanism of nerve regeneration regulated by glyco-materials.
