On the afternoon of September 27, the School of International Education organized international students to carry out the Mid-autumn Festival culture experience activity and gave them a taste of rich Mid-autumn flavor.
Wearing aprons and chef hats, international students became busy with making mooncakes. They flattened the flour dough, weighed the fillings, wrapped the fillings in the pastry and put the shaped mooncakes on the baking tray. Twenty minutes later, sweet-smelling mooncakes were ready. The joy was palpable when they were eating the moon cakes of their own.
